Wondering what comes in your half pig?
You will get roughly 85lb of pork, vacuum sealed & frozen, which will take up about 3-4 cubit feet in your freezer, or about half of a small chest freezer. This amount of pork will feed a family for 6 months to a year, depending on how much pork you eat.
12 lb Pork Chops
2-3 lb Ribs
10 lb Hickory Smoked and Uncured Bacon
6-8 lb Boston Butt (2 roasts)
1 Tenderloin
4 lb Neck Bones
2-3 lb Smoked Ham Hocks
36 lb Ground Pork or Sausage
4 lb Ground Organ Meat
3 qts. lard
1 qt. leaf lard
*There is an option to get a hickory smoked ham or a picnic roast which will decrease the amount of sausage you get. You’ll also get the option to get a pack of ears, tails, and feet if you’d like.

So, how much does it cost?
Your non-refundable deposit will be $250 and your balance upon pick-up will be $695, for a total of $945, sales tax included. That comes out to just around $2.75/serving. And don’t worry, we’ll give you a free guide with our favorite tips & tricks, recipes and more that will ensure you enjoy every cut and that nothing goes to waste!
